This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to MicDrop Community, GetAFanPage, and related FanPage, profile, directory, and subscription services operated by Charles Marshall Services LLC.
By starting a paid subscription or free trial, you agree to the billing, cancellation, and refund terms described below.
GetAFanPage currently offers the following paid subscription options:
A free Basic FanPage may also be available without a paid subscription.
Plan names, features, prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change. The price and billing period displayed during checkout will control the subscription you select.
Eligible Standard, PRO, and Elite subscriptions may include a 30-day free trial.
The checkout page will display the trial length, subscription price, billing period, and date on which paid billing is scheduled to begin.
A valid payment method may be required to start a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription when paid billing begins.
You may cancel during the free trial to prevent the subscription from renewing into a paid billing period. Unless otherwise shown during cancellation, access may continue until the scheduled end of the trial.
Trial eligibility may be limited. Creating additional accounts or using different email addresses to repeatedly obtain introductory offers is not permitted.
Some users may receive promotional, complimentary, referral, founder, team-member, migrated, or lifetime access.
These access types may be governed by separate eligibility rules, notices, coupon terms, or promotional offers and may not require recurring billing.
Promotional access has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a refund.
Subscription billing is processed securely through Stripe.
By starting a subscription, you authorize Stripe and Charles Marshall Services LLC to charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the plan and billing period selected during checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly or yearly unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
MicDrop Community and GetAFanPage do not directly store complete credit-card numbers on their servers.
Paid subscribers can manage or cancel their subscription through the GetAFanPage dashboard:
To prevent the next charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date displayed in the Stripe Customer Portal.
After cancellation, Stripe will display the date on which the subscription and paid access are scheduled to end.

Canceling a subscription stops future automatic renewal. It does not normally end access immediately.
If you cancel during a free trial, access may continue until the scheduled end of the trial. If you cancel during a paid billing period, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
After paid access ends, the associated FanPage may be downgraded to the Basic plan. Features, storage, visibility, media, or other paid benefits may be limited or removed according to the Basic plan available at that time.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the account or FanPage.
Subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable after a paid billing period begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Canceling a subscription normally applies to future billing periods and does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Do not send your complete credit-card number, password, or other sensitive financial information by email.
We may review billing concerns individually. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
Subscription upgrades, downgrades, or billing-period changes may affect pricing, available features, renewal dates, credits, or prorated charges.
Any amount due and the effective date of a change should be displayed in the Stripe Customer Portal before you confirm the change.
If a subscription payment fails, Stripe may attempt to process the payment again. Paid features may be limited, suspended, or downgraded if payment cannot be completed.
You can update your payment method through Manage Subscription in your GetAFanPage dashboard.
MicDrop Community may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.
Termination for a policy violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Changes will not alter charges already completed unless required by law.
